| All cabins are set up for light housekeeping and come with the
following: bedding, dishware, pots & pans, dinnerware, flatware,
coffee maker, toaster, picnic table and fire ring.
* Cabins do NOT come with towels or soaps
* All cabins have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, full
bathroom, TV, air conditioning and heat.

| * Extra bedding charge: $5.00 |
| * Cabin Prices are based on above stated occupancy. Additional
persons are subject to a *10.00 per night charge or a $5.00 per visit charge. ALL visitors must register when they arrive. |

| * Deposit of $200.00 - required within 5 days of booking (check or money orders only) |
| * 90 day prior notice of cancellation for refund (less 25% cancellation

Pet Policy
Pets are WELCOME! -Under the following conditions:
* All pets must be leashed and under control at all times.
* Management reserves the right to refuse a pet and will refer
you to a kennel.
* A $5 charge per day will be added at check-in.
* Owner is responsible for damages and clean-up. |
